Director Elizabeth Peterson-Vita brings an energetic cast of eighteen to life with a modern-day Alice who falls through the looking glass into a 1920s Wonderland. Alice's adventures begin with the delightful shenanigans of a Charlie Chaplin-esque rabbit, which takes her into the proper confusion of a whimsical world. From a Laurel and Hardy Tweedledee and Tweedledum to flapper Queens playing croquet, you will enjoy this creative twist on Lewis Carroll’s classic tale.

Alice in Wonderland is made possible through a grant from the Grassroots Arts Program of the North Carolina Arts Council and the Arts Council of Lincoln County. The 2007/2008 performances of the Lincoln Theatre Guild are made possible in part through the generous support of the City of Lincolnton and the Lincoln Cultural Center. SLD Unlimited Marketing/PR, Inc. is a Producing Underwriter for the entire 2007/2008 season.
